HUE Restaurant is an original concept created by Urban Life Management Restaurant Group that opened in December 2001. HUE has gained local, regional and national acclaim as one of Orlando's best restaurants.

The progressive American cuisine is complimented by a stylish and trendsetting design. The menu changes daily and features an impressive array of flavors unique to Orlando's culinary community. Featured dishes include Center Cut Filet Mignon, Wok Seared Ahi Tuna, Pan Seared Maple Leaf  Duck Breast and Oven Roasted Chilean Seabass.

The restaurant interior, designed by Urban Studio Architects of Tampa, Florida, blends warm tones, clean-lines and original artwork with the urban architecture of Thornton Park Central's loft space.

HUE is open daily. Dinner hours are Sunday - Wednesday 4:00pm - 11:00pm, Thursday-Saturday 4:00pm - 12:00am. Lunch is served Monday - Saturday at 11:30am and we feature Brunch from 11:00am - 4:00pm.

HUE offers a full bar and one of downtown's most popular happy hours. Join us monthly for Thornton Park’s Third Thursdays and Disco Brunch on the Third Sunday of every month.
